- Digital Asset – A unit of value recorded on a blockchain or distributed ledger, including cryptocurrencies, utility tokens, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), or similar blockchain-based assets.
- Order – Your request to execute a cryptocurrency exchange or other transaction via our Services.
- Partner Sites – Third-party websites or mobile applications operated by our Third Party Providers to process your exchange requests.
- Third Party Provider / Partner – Independent service providers responsible for transaction processing, liquidity provision, or other critical functions of the Services, governed by their own terms and policies.
- Party / Parties – Refers to you or Anonymous Crypto Exchange individually, or both collectively, as parties to this Agreement.
- Services – All offerings provided by Anonymous Crypto Exchange through its Website and/or applications, including tools, resources, and integrations with Third Party Providers for digital asset transactions.
1.3. Critical Disclaimers
By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following disclaimers:
1.3.1. Anonymous Crypto Exchange does not hold, manage, or secure your cryptocurrencies, private keys, wallet credentials, or other sensitive data. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your digital assets.
1.3.2. Cryptocurrency exchanges are processed by Third Party Providers. We do not directly execute transactions, set exchange rates, or control transaction timing.
1.3.3. Access to certain Third Party Providers may be restricted based on your location due to regional laws or provider policies, including restrictions in specific countries, U.S. states, or EU regions.
1.3.4. Despite robust security measures, no system is entirely immune to breaches, unauthorized access, or disruptions. We and our partners strive to protect your data, but risks remain.
1.3.5. Anonymous Crypto Exchange is not liable for the performance, availability, or quality of Third Party Providers, including inaccuracies in pricing, transaction failures, or delays.
1.3.6. When engaging with Third Party Providers, you must comply with their terms of service, privacy policies, and other legal agreements, which may differ from ours.
1.3.7. We do not offer support for issues arising from transactions processed by Third Party Providers. Such transactions are final and cannot be refunded or reversed by us.
1.3.8. Some partners impose transaction limits, such as a maximum deviation from quoted exchange rates (e.g., 5%). Review these terms on the relevant Partner Site before transacting.
2. Services Provided
2.1. Third-Party Execution
Orders placed through our Services are fulfilled by independent Third Party Providers, not directly by Anonymous Crypto Exchange. We serve as a platform connecting you to licensed liquidity providers.
2.2. No Advisory Services
We are not a financial institution, broker, or advisor. Anonymous Crypto Exchange does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax guidance. Our role is limited to facilitating access to non-custodial exchange services.
2.3. No Fund Custody
We do not take possession of your funds at any stage of a transaction. You interact directly with Third Party Providers for sending and receiving cryptocurrencies.
2.4. Non-Custodial Platform
Our platform operates on a non-custodial basis. We do not store user balances, hold deposits, or manage digital assets on your behalf.
2.5. Service Availability
Our Website is generally accessible 24/7 but may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or security enhancements, potentially without prior notice.
2.6. Access Restrictions
We reserve the right to restrict or block access to users who violate these Terms, engage in suspicious behavior, or pose a risk to our platform’s integrity.
2.7. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing and maintaining your own internet-enabled device and covering related costs, such as internet or data fees.
2.8. Email Communications
By using our Services, you consent to receive informational and promotional emails from us. You can manage your preferences or unsubscribe via the Website’s settings.
2.9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for disruptions or losses caused by events beyond our control, including:
- Scheduled maintenance;
- Network or telecom failures;
- Natural disasters (e.g., hurricanes, earthquakes);
- Power outages;
- Acts of war, terrorism, or civil unrest;
- Cyberattacks, software errors, or third-party outages;
- Regulatory changes or legal restrictions.
2.10. Fraud Protection
We will never request your private keys, passwords, or ask you to send funds to unverified addresses. Treat such requests as fraudulent. We are not responsible for losses from transactions to unauthorized addresses.
2.11. User Content
You are solely responsible for any content you submit or share via our Services, ensuring its accuracy and legality. We may remove content that violates these Terms. Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
3. Eligibility
3.1. User Requirements
To use our Services, you confirm that you:
- 3.1.1. Are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts;
- 3.1.2. Are not located in or a resident of any prohibited jurisdiction (see Section 8);
- 3.1.3. Have not been previously banned or restricted from our Services;
- 3.1.4. Will not use our platform for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes;

- 3.1.12. Will not use our Services to develop competing platforms;
- 3.1.13. Will not copy or distribute our content without authorization;

- 3.1.16. Accept that service interruptions may occur;
- 3.1.17. Will not use VPNs or proxies to conceal your location.
4. Termination
4.1. Suspension or Termination Rights
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to our Services, or refuse to process transactions, at any time for reasons including:
- 4.1.1. Protecting our platform’s reputation or integrity;
- 4.1.2. Compliance with legal, regulatory, or court orders;
- 4.1.3. Suspected or confirmed violations of these Terms.
4.2. No Liability for Termination
We are not liable for any losses or inconvenience resulting from suspension or termination of your access.
4.3. Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your rights to use our Services cease immediately. We are not obligated to provide continued access or support. Provisions meant to survive termination (e.g., Sections 4.3, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16) remain in effect.
5. Indemnification
5.1. Your Indemnity Obligation
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anonymous Crypto Exchange, its affiliates, partners, officers, and employees from any losses, costs, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- 5.1.1. Your use or misuse of our Services;
- 5.1.2. Your breach of these Terms or applicable laws;
- 5.1.3. Your violation of third-party rights;
- 5.1.4. Content you submit or share via our Services.
We may assume control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate fully in its defense.
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
6.1. As-Is Basis
Our Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or reliability. You use our Services at your own risk.
6.2. Third-Party Risks
We are not responsible for the actions, content, or omissions of third parties, including Third Party Providers. Your interactions with them are at your own risk.
7. Liability
7.1. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions, arising from your use of our Services, regardless of the legal basis.
8. Prohibited Jurisdictions
8.1. Restricted Areas
You confirm you are not located in or a resident of sanctioned jurisdictions, including the United States, United Kingdom, Afghanistan, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Yemen, Sudan, Libya, Somalia, or any region listed on the United Nations Security Council Sanctions List.
8.2. Service Restrictions
We may limit or deny access to our Services in specific jurisdictions at our discretion.
8.3. Legal Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your use of our Services complies with local laws.
8.4. IP Monitoring
We may monitor IP addresses to enforce compliance and may block access from prohibited jurisdictions without notice.

This Agreement begins upon your acceptance and continues until you stop using our Services or we terminate your access per Section 4. Surviving provisions remain in effect post-termination.
10. Modifications
We may modify our Services, add or remove features, or update limitations at any time without prior notice to enhance user experience.
11. Governing Law and Arbitration
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Seychelles courts, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Separate jurisdiction agreements for specific services take precedence.
12. Copyright Protection
Use of our Services does not grant ownership of intellectual property. All content is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Using our brand terms (e.g., “Anonymous Crypto Exchange”) in paid ads without permission may result in affiliate program removal.
13. Assignment
We may assign our rights or obligations under this Agreement without your consent. You require our written approval to assign your rights or obligations.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to uncontrollable events, such as natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, or regulatory changes.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Anonymous Crypto Exchange, superseding prior agreements. No third party has rights under this Agreement unless specified.
16. Severance and Validity
If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed, and the remaining Terms will remain effective. Invalid provisions will be replaced to reflect the original intent where possible.
